We decided to try out our local meat locker. Got two T-bone steaks and let me tell you they were hands down the best steaks I have ever had. And the guy who brought them out was very nice. We will be shopping for our steaks there now ?

We’ve been working with James for the last three years and we’ve always had great service. It’s worth the two hour drive to go pick up our processed beef.

Our busy season typically runs from September to March so please call far in advance if planning to butcher during that time frame.
