Crystal helped my daughter and I....she is top notch. She went above and beyond when I mentioned I couldn't find my size. She was so kind and outgoing. We need more ppl who care about their job and quality of work.

Terrible customer service , tried to return something wouldn’t return it because tag was not attached , obviously was never worn receipt and tag in bag! Native woman working was extremely rude didn’t want to be there! May have bought something else but now I’ll never go there again!

I will not be shopping here anymore. I stopped in on 7/7/21 to look around and walked in and the gal didn’t even say hi or acknowledge my existence. I walked around the store and as I walked by her, she just whipped her phone out and started texting. Sorry I interrupted your precious phone time ?.

My daughter likes this store for teens style. Prices are fairly affordable. The store itself is a little small and cramped for my taste, but that is typical mall.

I was the only customer in the store. The clerk never once came over to me to ask if I needed anything, tell me about store specials, etc. When I asked for a dressing room, she told me I could only take in 6 items, even though I was still the only customer in the store. While I was trying on clothes, she never once came over and asked if I needed any different sizes. Needless to say, they didn't get any business from me.
