Love the store. Cute clothes. Only thing made me feel very uncomfortable male and females sharing the dressing room. I was confused to find a group of guys sitting in the fitting waiting room. Different, trying to “appeal” to the younger generation maybe but it’s not trendy. It’s unappealing. I don’t think I’ll go back.

It was a good store for mmy granddaughter to shop in. She has a hard time finding good fitting clothes and she found several items that she liked and that fit well.

I don't think I've ever seen slower cashiers. Every time I'm here it takes 15 minutes to get through the long, slow check out lane.

Clothing is great, and I love their jeans however the customer service and operations of this particular store leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered a few items off the store app for pickup which promises ready within two hours. Which, this is really important for this location because many many people come from out of town to shop in Sioux Falls. I even called just to check on the order about an hour and a half in and even let them know that I was from out of town, the girl who answered simply told me when it’s ready it’ll be ready, and low and behold it was ready well after the two hour promise and well after I’ve left town. I don’t like to make assumptions, but I feel like whoever it was I talked to was petty enough to make sure it took as long as possible. I submitted the order at 4:30pm and received the order ready notification about 7:50pm, about 10 minutes before they closed. Thankfully, I did find a different purchase elsewhere as I was shopping for pants to wear to a funeral and NEEDED to find something but it doesn’t excuse the poor service in fulfilling their store pick up orders.
