“I moved here Aug of 2024 from out of state. What drew me here is the interior of the apartments. I did not want a plain style, nor a cheap looking interior. These apartments have stile and rail interior doors, modern door handles, pendant lights, appliances, etc. High ceilings, a lot of sq. footage, quality floors and carpet in only the bedrooms. The other apartments/townhomes we looked at had those awful brown slab interior doors, worn out carpet, cheap finishes in the kitchen and bathroom and for the amount rent is, I wanted MORE. I love my kitchen pantry, the virtual doorman in the lobby makes me feel safe and deliveries are smoother, the dog spa, the dog park, the FULL size washer/dryer in its OWN laundry room, not just a mini unit thrown into some 'closet' in the main area, and the paint colors are modern. No browns, no stark whites. Very beautiful and I get nothing but compliments from guests. I signed on for another year even though I was going to move out of state. My son and I are enjoying the amenities a bit too much :)”
