“I needed help in window blinds, couldn't find anyone so went to front desk. A lady there said she would find someone. I went back to the blinds area and waited. Shortly the lady came to the area and told me the staff was busy with other customers but would be there shortly. Very soon the young man came and did an excellent job. Both employees were very helpful.”
“A+ for the company. Because it seems like every location I have dealt with so far has atleast one go-getter that will make it right. Very small business that has only dealt with 2 locations, but I am very happy.”

“Went there for my job to get some new toilets and sinks. The only bummer was they only had one of the toilets that I needed. I needed to get multiple of them to have some in inventory. The employees were very helpful.”
“We had a excellent experience yesterday at Best Buy. We were looking for a specific cable at other stores with no success until we stopped at Best Buy in Sioux Falls. We asked for assistance and all the BB associates were gracious and tried to help us. They led us to another associate, Deli, who pinpointed exactly what we needed. Deli is very customer service focused, knowledgeable and personable. It was a pleasure interacting with him. Next time we'll cut out trying other stores and go straight to Best Buy.”
“I came in with a screen issue on my laptop they then shipped it to the service center service center said that they fixed it but then I was informed by Eric Rice that they unfortunately did not fix the issue. He then told me he will give me a full refund on the laptop so I can use it to buy a new one. Eric Rice, apologize about the whole situation, but I know it wasn’t his fault at all. Eric rice was good to me the whole time and was sorry that it happened.”
“On June 25th Karl’s service man came to look at our old Maytag clothes washer that stop working. He found multiple problems and Called Maytag. They had the parts and ordered them. Said parts s/b in on Friday 27th. If so he would come on Friday. Got call on Friday he is on the way with parts. Installed the parts and washer works great.
Service man’s name was Ervin. He is a complete professional. Kept his word and said if anything changed he would let us know. In my opinion he did a great job and should be commended by Karl’s management.”
