“Feb. 21, 2025 Update on my complaint. I did reach out to the email Citi provided me and within 24 hours a representative responded to my concerns. The representative from Citi did keep in constant communication with me and followed through in a timely manner. Citi and the representative totally resolved my issue.
Citi truly does care about their customers. I definitely would highly recommend Citi and I am very satisfied.
Complaint: I've been a Citi card holder for 18 years and every month paid my balance off in full. They no longer care about their customers.”
