“The ATM is always working and well lit. No issue at all with them. There are 2 machines in 2 lanes, separate from the banking lanes. Wells Fargo Bank, however !! That's another story.”

“This Wells Fargo ATM is in a convenient downtown Sioux Falls location. Our business and software consultants are always on the go and Wells Fargo has been a solid banking partner in terms of their ATM network size. We love the technology Wells has in their ATM for depositing checks and cash.”

“There are a few listings of Citibank in their home office city of Sioux Falls, SD, so I opted to write my review on the listing w/ the most reviews. The other ones only had 9 reviews. You never forget your first. CITI was my very first credit card that I got during my first year in college. I was walking around campus and got a free water bottle and T-shirt and that's how my credit history was born! Just like life, we've had our ups & downs (incorrect billing from vendors, needing to dispute charges, getting a meanie weanie customer service rep, asking to waive a late fee due to USPS not delivering my mail, etc.) but every time, Citi has always come through for me. I've actually never had an unresolved issue with them (knock on wood). Even on the rare occasions where I've gotten a not so nice rep or someone with poor customer service, Citi always rectified the situation to my satisfaction. I love that I can contact them online/instant chat, as phone isn't my favorite way to contact a credit card co. due to both the wait time, and I like to have things documented. PMT: I have a TON of Citi credit cards to earn points/miles; I never pay for plane tickets and vacays #PrincessMoney. Every time an annual fee comes due I never just pay it without contacting them and and asking what kind of loyalty offer they have available. So far, every year I've gotten bonus miles/credits for renewing my card. Not all credit cards do this; so this keeps me loyal to Citi. Now this may not work for everyone. I have a really long history with them, which allows them to provide perks to long standing customers. Also, every time I call, I'm super nice to them. If the person isn't nice then I just say "no thanks", hang up and call back another time or ask to speak to a supervisor, as they have the authority to override the system. TIP: If you're going to do the above, then it won't work online, you have to call in and ask to speak with the retention department/supervisor in that department. The general Citi customer rep dept. doesn't have authority to do those unless it's already noted on your account. TIP: Every time I call anyone the first thing I proactively ask them after they ask for my name/account # is "How are you today?" Makes such a big difference (99.9% of the time). I've actually been told by customer service reps at utility, airline, medical, credit card companies, etc. that they're usually getting yelled at by people and no one ever asks how they're doing :( and they want to help me just because I was nice to them. Being nice & respectful goes a long way. Doesn't work with everyone, but for the most part I've been lucky to deal w/ nice reps. Being in an industry where our customers/clients are everything (and keeps us in business), customer service is so important to me! Hope this tip helps you on your next call you have to make :) Thanks to Citi, I'm thinking of planning a Tahiti trip next year!”
