Wish I would of read the reviews before coming here this is not an actually AT&T store it's just an authorized dealer and can't solve any actual issues like the one they caused me with Firstnet when they failed to set up my account correctly

Came here today around 11:00am and they were closed.. gate down. Found an actual AT&T store (apparently this place is just a dealer) I will use from now on.

Adriana is excellent and did an exceptional job!!
If I could give 6 stars I would
She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and timely. She made sure to listen to and answer all of my questions about products, services and billing I had, and took time to go through everything
She cared for my situation and that I give them my business.
I have had AT&T for my mobile phone provider for more than a decade and I for a few years now have exclusively come to this store because they always have the best staff like Adriana and customer service in addition to the exact products I'm looking for when I want them.

There was a cellular data issue with my phone that the AT&T on line support couldn’t help me with nor several visits to our local AT&T store. ). Briana at the this store immediately figured out what was wrong and fixed it. She was the best.

Caleb, Austin and Josh were so helpful activating our new phones and getting the info transferred over from the old to new. Also helped with the trade-in. This sounds like the usual things they should do, but the phones and contract were purchased by another retailer, that was not helpful. Thank you Caleb, Austin and Josh!

My now ex boyfriend went in to get his phone fixed on Wednesday and came back out with a phone number from the woman to helped him. One star, "loved" the experience. Shouldn't be able to flirt with a taken man of three years. She flirted with him the whole exchange.

Caleb was absolutely amazing. He was training a new employee Austin and both were so professional. Caleb went above and beyond for us today. I have never had someone in a cell phone store so personable and patient! We were going to drive across town just to have him wait on us! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Super happy customer!!!!

Customer service was helpful. I prefer AT&T service over VERIZON due to lower price and better coverage in rural areas. The place is understaffed, but it does not stop the employees from giving the best service they can!
