Nathan is the go to guy for answers and purchases. Wanted to upgrade my phone went to the corporate location on 41st Street. Service was amazing. This young man knows what he's doing and so professional and kind. Thanks Nate you made my day.

Who maxes out a customers phone speakers cause they can't hear it. Absolutely horrid customer service. I will never ever go with AT&T again in my life. Horrid company, their "authorized retailers," lie to you every step of the way just to make a sale. Their insurance is useless. Had problems with my phone from day one they offered zero help. Their corporate stores are much better. But overall, as a company, they are a very, very poor experience.

If I could give 0 stars I would I got a prepaid Sim card and it does not work I have no service. I'm only able to write this review due to my parents wifi. I am 17 and they turned my perfectly working phone to a non working phone. I need service I have a job and I live out in the country. I can't risk not having service if something were to happen. The store advised me to call customer support for a refund and they won't give me a refund. We talked to 3 people and no one would help us they just said it wasn't possible.

Mike was super helpful and kind! I transfered to AT&T as a new customer. He helped both my fiancé and I with ordering new phones and setting them up. With all the questions we had he was very patient. Glad to be a new customer! It is cheaper from what I was paying monthly at Verizon.

Don't deal with anywhere else in town for ATT service. This is the ONLY ATT corporate store. You won't get as good of a deal elsewhere in most cases.

Today I want to tell you what happened to me with my AT&T account, you will see that I have already paid a little more than half of the value of the device, I already have the update benefit, the phone is in good condition, only the camera glass, I don't know how it happened but it was completely damaged but none of the cameras are damaged, the phone is the note 20 ultra and I wanted to upgrade it to the s23 ultra and they told me yes and after telling them about the glass they told me that to get the other device I had to pay what rest of the phone I told him yes but when he saw that he was going to do it he kept thinking and told me that if that was the case he would get the other device but he had to start paying from the beginning and I told him that it would be like getting a new contract and He tells me that it is correct, I would have to sign another contract. What do you think? It is really correct to do that with a client who has a spread account with them of 36 payments and I only have 16 left. Leave your opinion if it is fair or not and why do you think they do it?
