I want to give huge shout outs to Frank, Manager, for helping me today. My phone is a lifeline for work. I entered the store with a friendly greeting. Frank finished with a customer. Let me tell you.... amazing customer service. I explained my issue. He was honest about my solutions. We agreed on a solution and finished under 30 minutes.
This is another reason I live in Soiux Falls. Neighbors helping Neighbors. Thank you Frank for the wonderful experience. I highly recommend this store for all your cell phone needs.

I wanted to compliment Frank who is a manager at At&t on S. Highline in Sioux Falls . He is always very professional, helpful and fully understands everything At&t!!
We only go to that location because of Frank and I hope At&t knows the have an asset with this gentleman.

Liars!!!! horrible what they did to my friend. Lied about the cost of mobile hotspot. Purchased the net gear mobile hotspot box $300 bucks, and now he has absolutely no use for it!

I was in a few weeks ago to get myself a watch. Devon helped me and listened to me. Heard me mention that we'd probably need a phone for my son later this year and looked at what we were doing that day and said a phone would only increase another $5 if we did together with the watch. Had my bill increase down to the penny almost. Thanks Devon!

There is not even a person to listen to their recorded phone line or they would hear me swearing as loud as i can. Complete rip-off. Total scam at every store. Ive been stuck with them since 1995 and they wont release my business number. Ive been trying since 2017. Truth

The coverage is horrible. I take one step outside of Sioux Falls and non of my calls go through. I can barely send texts from my work. They constantly fail to send. I am always hoping that I don’t have any car problems when I’m outside of city limits because I would be screwed with no way to contact anyone with the terrible coverage I get with AT&T. I will be changing providers as soon as I can. Also very over priced. They charged me $300+ for the first 2 months on 3 lines because of startup fees. Avoid getting a phone through them at all costs.

Garbage company...canceled my service 2 months ago and they are still trying to charge me ....contacted support and they refused to help me without an account number...I know damn well you can find me other ways....glad I went with Mint mobile....far cheaper and much better customer service.
