I had gotten several previous estimates elsewhere, and found that Ahlers was so much more reasonable, fair, knowledgeable and so trustworthy. He got my vehicle scheduled pretty promptly and did a beautiful job!
It was a blessing in disguise because he was also able to procure and install a much better hitch upon finding the original one was quite rusted out underneath.

I’ll say I was a little nervous. I can say they way over exceeded all of my expectations. I know good body work and I can spot bad from a mile away. The match was perfect. “This is my second battery bought from this store for the same vehicle. The first one lasted a year longer than its warranty. They suggested the heavier duty one this time. I was in and out of the store and installed the new one in their parking lot. I appreciated The Veterans Discount which was a bonus. Great service and friendly.”

Called them up to see if they could help me out on short notice because she was leaving for college in a few days. They said bring it over and we'll look at it. “We've experienced our share of body shops over the years, but have used Derek exclusively for the last decade. He's super responsive and reasonable. He responds within a day (max - usually faster). He does flawless work.
Derek also gives us options up front for different levels of repair and what to expect with how it will look in the end depending on what we picked. He's good at describing the process and why the costs would be different. He doesn't rush us and wants to make sure we're always well informed. Highly recommended.”

“Went n today to simply recharge my AC. Something I need to do every year, this year I decided to save $20 by getting a recharge without a gauge. Anyway the dang thing basically blew up on me in the parking lot. The employee and manager were respectful and understanding in the situation. I was able to pay the difference and get the better product. My car was blowing cold out and while I didn't save the initial $20, my car has cold air, I know a product to avoid, Oriely got their sale and everyone is happy. 5/5 stars.”
