“This is my second battery bought from this store for the same vehicle. The first one lasted a year longer than its warranty. They suggested the heavier duty one this time. I was in and out of the store and installed the new one in their parking lot. I appreciated The Veterans Discount which was a bonus. Great service and friendly.”

“This is for the Service Center! We were on our way back home (an hour away) & I blew a tire. Thankfully we were only a couple miles out of town & were able to get in quickly here. We were in SF to bring our 16 year old pup to the vet for some pain management & were told if the shot doesn't work, it's time to let him go. So then to get something in my tire, made for a very bad day! They did everything they could to try & get my tire patched quickly but were not able to so they put the spare on. They did not charge me for any of it knowing we were having a terrible day so far. Even tho they werent able to fix it, their incredible customer service made a lasting impression on us. The way you make others feel, matters. The next new vehicle we need, we'll definitely be looking at Verne Eide! Liz & a very nice guy (I can't recall his name but he had glasses & dark hair, sorry!) were the ones who helped us. Thank you two so much!”

“I took my 2016 BMW X1 to Meineke a couple weeks ago because there was grinding in the brakes and was told that the rotors were shot and all the pads needed to be replaced. Quote "You might be able to get a little bit out of the front set". Total charge was estimated at $1,100. The person who was relaying the initial estimate even had the nerve ask if this was a project car and if was I fixing one thing at a time. The vehicle is near flawless I can assure you. Aghast at the price tag and not feeling that I was being given a proper assessment I decided to go to Ron's Garage for a second opinion. The fine serviceman at Ron's called me about 30 minutes after I dropped it off and I was told, and I quote; "I couldn't sleep tonight if I sold you pads" there is 50% or better on every one of the pads. So the awesome folks at Ron's resurfaced the rotors and refreshed the pads and I was out the door for $220 tax included. Not a good look for Meineke, buyer beware. Absolute kudos to Ron and his servicemen! Super professional and most importantly good honest mechanics. GO DOLPHINS!!!Services: Auto brake repair”

“Went n today to simply recharge my AC. Something I need to do every year, this year I decided to save $20 by getting a recharge without a gauge. Anyway the dang thing basically blew up on me in the parking lot. The employee and manager were respectful and understanding in the situation. I was able to pay the difference and get the better product. My car was blowing cold out and while I didn't save the initial $20, my car has cold air, I know a product to avoid, Oriely got their sale and everyone is happy. 5/5 stars.”

“We've experienced our share of body shops over the years, but have used Derek exclusively for the last decade. He's super responsive and reasonable. He responds within a day (max - usually faster). He does flawless work.
Derek also gives us options up front for different levels of repair and what to expect with how it will look in the end depending on what we picked. He's good at describing the process and why the costs would be different. He doesn't rush us and wants to make sure we're always well informed. Highly recommended.”
