3rd time I got wrong parts from this place! You all trully are a joke! You all need to train a lot better and up date your systems! This is extremely unprofessional! It’s sad I go other places and also order off line car parts never once have an issue come here I always have issues! Never again I definitely will be getting my money back this time! I gave you all enough chances I will no longer be bring my business back!

Poor service. They need more people. Only one person working the counter and taking calls. People were lining up and they just kept prioritizing phone calls over the people already standing in line. Some customers even walked out. All I needed was to grab something I ordered and paid online, and I could literally see it sitting on the counter but couldn't take it. Had to wait almost half an hour. Part of the problem is the customers that call. This isn't 1985, you can Google your question rather than take up everyone's time. I have my own customers waiting. I don't buy much from Autozone for this reason, but they need a way for professionals to pick up their orders and get out. The line is ridiculous.

Noah is so helpful and amazing! A friend of mine and I asked help about spark plugs and how much does it usually cost to have them changed and he didn’t hesitate to answer all of our questions. He is amazing and deserves a raise! Definitely recommend him for queries cause he does know a lot about cars.
