Bought geek squad for my dishwasher it’s been almost 2 months when they came by to look at it and they have not come by to fix it. I will never come back to this store again. It is wast of money to buy geek squad you might as well have a real company to fix ur appliances.

I called the store number, because I have a question for the store, and not for Best Buy Corporate. But the store doesn’t take calls anymore, and I got rerouted to a call center overseas somewhere. So I guess I won’t be doing business there.

Purchased $1,000 dishwasher, website stated free install, Free Delivery and Haul Away. They delivered and hauled away but did not install. Driver said we don't do that. Why advertise free install. Should have went to Karls as first planned. Never walk ion that door again. Customer service was of no help. Blamed me for it not getting it installed.

Inventory is really low. Lots is empty shelves. What we wanted was not in. When we finally found someone to help, they verified that there were none in stock. They offered to order it online for us, but we declined. Went elsewhere to get it.

It's sad they are getting rid of movies but I understand. They have some great TVs and a good variety of low, mid, and high tier. I wish they had higher-end home audio like receivers and speakers but they mostly carry sound bars.

Ordered an item online for pickup. I used the notification to say I was there and once I entered the store, I was directed where to go. There was a blue line so you can't get confused. I showed them the bar code on my phone and the item was retrieved quickly.

Nice store for electronics. The 7 day return policy is quite harsh when standard is 30 days or more everywhere else. I used to buy everything at Best Buy because of their 45 day return policy with my rewards account but now you have to pay for the rewards account. Overall probably not the best place to purchase from unless you know 100% you will never need to return your product after a week.

My wife and I got the total tech plan with geek squad and it's been the best money spent. It's replaced 2 watches and a ring camera effortlessly, and if they don't have the exact product, they give you the full cost of what you paid to get another product. This location has great staff that Very helpful and courteous. A+ BEST BUY!

We couldn't decide which TV we wanted. The sales team was great and patient with us. They didn't have the size we wanted in stock. Ray the manager, Chris, and Joseph all took excellent care thank you guys so much!

Best Buy wanted to charge me $700 not including mounts to mount two TVs above a fireplace. I called Karl's and they charged me $400 and that included the mounts. Best Buy has gone so far down hill. They tried to talk me into buying two new TVs because then they could give me a discount on the fees to mount them. I wish I was making this up. They didn't seem to care I had purchased both TVs from Best Buy within the last two years.
