I don't really recommend this place bc there were stains in my bed and every where and the service was horrible (they almost cancelled are rooms) like again I don't recommend this place!

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Didnt have any issues with noise. Breakfast was very good with a great selection (bacon, sausage, eggs, french toast, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, breads). Pool was great, nice and warm. There were a few shady people in the general area (not on the property). The location was good with lots of dining and shopping options close by. I definitely will stay here again.

A bit confusing parking lot entrance but not a bad location. Rooms were excellent! We were sad there wasn't a hot tub but all around a great experience! Would stay again.

I was worried about other reviews, but experienced almost none of the issues mentioned. I stayed in a non-pet room on the third floor. I did not use the pool or breakfast. It is an older hotel, but everything worked as it should. The bed wasn't great but if you're alone it's easy to find a spot with good springs left in it. I did see one homeless person about 100yd from the hotel so, if you grew up in a cornfield, I suppose you could say the area is "sketchy" but if you've spent any time in a larger city, the area is completely fine. I moved to this hotel from a different one in town - you can do significantly worse at the same price point.

Rooms are clean, neat, like the usb ports. Noticed mattress encasemants so big peace of mind. No issues, did not use pool so cannot say. Breakfast was amazing and so organized. Love the photos of pets to show this is a four legged family welcoming place. I also love the fact a 24 hour restaurant is walking distance as I get night munchies. Will stay again.

Last minute stop in Sioux Falls, SD. With work and cross country travel, Zac at the Best Western was so great in assisting me with getting a room for the night. We had some issues with my rewards number and computer system but he went above and beyond to help and accommodated me with the best room! I was even presented with a welcome bag that had a few goodies in it. There rooms are clean and well put together and having a mini kitchen is the added bonus... wow what a life saver!! The bed was comfortable as well and their free breakfast was great as well and the coffee... on point! Thank you for accommodating me in my cross country travel last minute!

This is an older BW in a bit of a sketchy location. The air conditioner caused the room to have a strange offense odor. The room was large. There was a recliner and a desk chair for sitting. The bed was not very comfortable but was okay. You had to be sure and push the door hard to get the lock to engage. There was a nice breakfast each morning. We did not eat in the hotel, we prefer to eat later in the day for our first meal. There is a pool, no workout room. This place is okay for an overnight stay.

The hotel is overdue for a refresh. The bed was probably the most uncomfortable bed I've experienced. The hallways are dark and dingy. The room was clearly marked as a non-smoking room (I don't think there are smoking rooms still in existence for the past decade at least) but you were instantly welcomed by the smell of stale cigarette smoke. We booked for two nights and after one night of no sleep, we decided to move.

This was the WORST experience I have ever had at a hotel in my life! If I could give negative stars I would give them -5 stars. The beds were not comfortable at all. First I get there and the lady at the front desk made me feel so un welcomed I creid when I got to my room! First off she is colored and I heard her on the phone with her boss talking about me and she said she's white. Like what does that have to do with anything. Then she gives me a room and there are ppl In it already. So I go down to get a different room. She gives me a terrible room the toilet didn't work when u walked in the room it smelt like dirty diapers. I checked out early bec they kept charging my card. I stayed one night and they charged my card 3 speeate times. And were rude to me they said I would not be refunded. I would never in my life recommend this hotel to a single person not even my worst enemy. These people are terrible. I came to the hotel vec my daughter was going on vacation and I figured I work in sioux falls and drive almost an hour every day to and from just to work ithought it would be a nice little get away for myself and it was not. I only stayed one night and paid almost 400$ bec they charged my card so many times. They were rude and the rooms suck. What a waste of time and money that I won't get back. Let me edit this since for some reason it won't let me reply to your reply. I am not an employee at best western and the manager knew that the lady at the front desk princess knew that my brother in law works there and was using his employee discount and everyone knew that not one person asked me to show proof I worked at a best western. Not once. And I never claimed to work at best western so don't try to act like I was trying to do something sneaky when you guys knew I was the employees family but since I'm white and your employee is black princess made that remark to her manager on the phone.Rooms: TerribleNearby activities: A strip club .. doesn't seem very family friendlySafety: Homeless people outside everywhereWalkability: Not safe to walk anywhere bec homeless ppl come up to youFood & drinks: Fryn pan which was amazingNoteworthy details: Do not stay at this hotel unless u want to get your money taken and stay in a nasty smelly room.

I personally don’t like writing negative reviews because I don’t want to hurt any businesses, however this stay just felt plain dirty. I’m sure the housekeepers do a good job but the place just felt icky. I write this as I’m laying in bed here because I can’t sleep from the feeling. We are staying in a pet friendly room and it has a certain odor to the room, the carpets feel gross on my feet, and the bed is itchy and giving me a feeling like “it has bed bugs” (I feel like something’s crawling all over me ). I am kind of disappointed because all the other reviews are positive. I hope that it’s just the particular one we stayed in and not the entire hotel. Staff was really nice and parking was easy, the place just needs a spring deep cleaning and air out.TLDR: could be okay but pet friendly room feels run down, out dated and dirty. Parking and staff are great.

This hotel was alright. The beds were comfy as were the pillows. The toilet didn't flush well, the bathtub didn't drain well and the walls in the room were in serious need of some paint. The staff was super friendly and anything we needed they took care of. Thank goodness for security cameras outside, there were some people outside that were looking into vehicles as well as a handful of homeless tenting outside. The contenental breakfast was alright as well, plenty of serve yourself options. Waffles, eggs, oatmeal etc.
