Big Fan Arena appears to be a scam website. I ordered something from them and have not received it, nor has it been shipped out. I tried to contact them by email and haven't heard back. I tried the phone number that I found online with area code 909 and it doesn't work. Do not purchase anything from them or you will be scammed out of your money.

This company is extremely sketchy, do not buy from them. Google profile is misleading: their listed phone number does not work, and their listed address at Empire Mall is FALSE. I ordered two bowls on Nov 27 expecting to have them for Christmas. Middle of December I still hadn't received them. I had received a shipping notification though, so assumed it was on the way. Nope - they had printed the shipping label, so I got notified it had "shipped" but since Nov 27 that package had not moved. That was the first red flag. I emailed the company right away, indicating it was urgent, and got no response. I checked the google profile that indicates they have a storefront at Empire Mall in South Dakota with a listed phone number. I called the number - it's unassigned. I called the Empire Mall and spoke to Security - they said they don't have any business by that name there and never have. I emailed the company again with still no response. I was only able to get a refund by disputing the charge on my credit card.

My order was delivered with a chip in it. I've attached pictures. When I told them I received the sign with the chip in it, they told me to send more pictures of it, as if these pictures aren't clear as day. Not sure at all what that would have done, but it was clearly a tactic to stall on helping me because once I replied, they did not email me back. I've since had to use black auto touch up paint because I know they weren't going to help out any. Be weary purchasing from them, their customer service is almost nonresponsive.

i bought some NFL street signs and they took my money but i have never rec'd the product. i called the number and it is not even theirs. it is out of California. i would not recommend them.
