This is the worst run parts department in the country, lost parts, missing invoices, wrong parts pulled, cant get anyone on the phone and will not call when parts come in. its absolutely embarrassing that a company this large can have such a large segment that is this poorly run. it seems they know that they are a monopoly and customers are forced to buy from them.

Fantastic dealership to spend time at. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares for you - not just what you can do for them! Would definitely recommend.

We have been thinking about trading in our little Hyundai Accent for a mid sized car & happened to be in Sioux Falls on other business, so we stopped in at Billion Hyundai about 3:30 & went inside. I spoke to Sheldon who was very pleasant. I asked him about the $50 test drive & he said that it was geared more to larger dealerships, but he would work with me on that later, and said he would get a salesman to help me. I overheard him say to another customer that they were short staffed. He seemed knowledgeable about the different makes of Hyundai, however, he seemed reluctant to do a test drive, stating that he would have to get the car washed & gassed up first. Seriously? Shouldn't a dealership who wants to sell cars have these basic things ready? It was then that I decided to leave & do my business elsewhere. Sorry, Sheldon, but you need to step up your game & act like you want the business.

YOUR GUY'S PHONE SYSTEM IS HORRIBLE. CALLING FOR NISSAN PARTS AND IT KEEPS TRANSFERRING ME TO MAZDA. THEY WILL SWITCH ME TO NISSAN AND SOMEONE WILL PICK UP THEN PUT ME BACK ON HOLD UNTIL I GO TO VOICE MAIL. YO, YOU GUYS REALLY NEED TO GET BETTER PARTS PEOPLE OR BETTER BDC FOLKS THAT CAN ACTUALLY DO THEIR WORK. SMDH!.

That was the worst experience I have ever had . He told us all lies about the car when we bought it and he told us the car wasn't painted but after we paid cash and took the car to inspection and then we found out that the car was whole painted .and I think all of his cars like that .and he charged us 500 for 2 hours to take car for inspection.

This place is highly staffed with sales folks that are eager to make a sale, even if you're only wanting service. A typical brake-pad replacement took 6 hours schedule for an AM appointment. Though staff is friendly, they are not efficient with the customer's time nor respect that you may not want to trade your vehicle. Billion offers promo's occasionally on general service items. Without having the paper coupon, they are unable to provide these services at the advertised rate. Perhaps understandable... Overall, efficiency and overall genuine customer service seems lacking, especially when services and prices are the same or higher than other dealerships. We all work... plan to pay and stay when you visit these folks.
