“Comunication was very much lacking in the beging towards the end communications was alot better. My key folds into my fob, upon pickup noticed it had been forced closed as the pin holding my key came out a little and gouged the key case evntually resuling in the pin allowing the key to fall of fob. Could be more careful with keys that fold. Eli was a great help and super nice,he exsplained everything and tried his best to give me time frames of services!”

I only had 5500.00. Todd was very helpful and kind. I think it was Matt who also was involved. They were all very nice. I am very appreciative of the loaner I was given. I loved it and it saved me a lot.”
“I had Jays work on my 2011 Chevy pickup after receiving fairly extensive damage to both rear box corners. Being a first time consumer and being really fussy when it comes to these kind of thing's. I’ll say I was a little nervous. I can say they way over exceeded all of my expectations. I know good body work and I can spot bad from a mile away. The match was perfect. You can’t tell it’s ever been worked on. Good job guys.”

Called them up to see if they could help me out on short notice because she was leaving for college in a few days. They said bring it over and we'll look at it. Had it done in a couple of hours and only charged an hours labor. Highly recommend them.”

Derek also gives us options up front for different levels of repair and what to expect with how it will look in the end depending on what we picked. “4/5. They failed to notice alternator damage that could have been a nasty problem due to the bracket holding had tore away part of the outer casing. My vehicle was in for cosmetic damages bumper, headlight bracket so lifting the hood was required. But no one noticed. On the cosmetic damage 9/10. I had the pull my grill out and push my bumper in to lock them together but otherwise service was good. Would definitely recommend them just look over everything before you leave. And an A+ on cleaning inside of my vehicle as this is an additional bonus I was pleasantly surprised and impressed.”
