I have been ordering dominos since 1997. This has been one of my orders off and on for that same amount of time in three different towns. This is the only store I've had issues with the past 2 years. Not sure what changed. I ordered: LARGE (14") HAND TOSSED PIZZA SpecialNo Garlic-Seasoned Crust WholeExtra Shredded Provolone Cheese, Shredded Parmesan, No Robust Inspired Tomato Sauce, Extra Cheddar Cheese Blend, Feta Cheese, Extra Cheese, Extra Mushrooms I Normally it shows up with a good amount of cheese but not over board and my be a couple of small bubble here and there but nothing bad. This one how ever arrived with a large amount of bubble almost half way inward all the way around the pizza. Also put very little cheese put on it. i couldn't get a good pic of it and didn't want to mess with for reason I'll say in a moment. The cheese was paper thin unlike all the other times I've ordered. I was not happy but not upset about it because I knew if I called they would remake it and send a better one out. Domions normally had good customer service. This where I get upset. i called and spoke with the manager and let him now what happened and would like a replacement pizza sent out. The manger spoke to me in and unpleasant/rude tone but agreed to send a new one out. i was about to ask another question when he hung up on me. I then tried calling back. Someone picked up the phone and slammed it back down disconnecting the phone. Then oddly all the sudden the manager called me back a minute after(very fishy..may have felt guilty for hanging up on me?) trying to confirm the order that needed remaking. I let him know with the tone he was giving me before and now I would just like to cancel my order, get my money back and have them come get the pizza. He said okay in very snotty manner and hung up on me. He acted like he didn't give a crap. They are about to close now and they still have not come to get the pizza. Just an FYI we had a burnt pizza last week but didn't complain. Guess I'm done for good with dominos or at least this store.

I always got good service from this location, but their product just isn't quite good enough to justify paying for it. I'd rather pay more for something better. This is a good place if you're buying a bunch of pizzas for kids who don't know any better, but I wouldn't recommend getting it for one's self.

If I could do negative stars, I would. My wife ordered pizza. Said it would be almost 90 minutes which I believe because it's a Friday night and most people order food on fridays. As the time goes on, the app continues its progress towards out for delivery. Some time goes by and we check it again and it says delivered. The wife runs down and came back up the stairs empty handed. She called the number just to get not directed to the store but some call center and they tell us to wait a half hour after it says delivered. Weird right? So we wait and wait and finally 2 hours go by. So we try calling the store, I got through to someone from the store (manager maybe?) he takes down my number and address and says that driver hasn't been back to the store, mind you, it's been almost two and a half hours. So I told him I'll just show up and grab my food. I get there and I talked to the driver who swears he "delivered my food", name was gene or Dean or something? I have a ring camera which doesn't miss a beat, and he told me he put it front of my door. But didn't see him nor my food at my front door. No refund, no food, nothin. Just some delivery driver lying straight to my face.

Placed an order, some time goes by and then I get a call from the delivery driver saying he's here. I go down the stairs instantly at my apartment complex and he's nowhere to be found. I tried calling back the number he called from twice, and no answer. I waited for another 10 minutes out front of my place when all of a sudden I see him speed by and doesn't stop. I tried calling the same number, no answer, I tried calling dominos, was on the line for 20 minutes, only for it to be disconnected. Can't get ahold of anyone, and they say my pizza has been delivered. You have one job, deliver the pizza. Guess I will be eating mac n cheese. Do not order from this place.

Tried to order pizza through their app. Coupons would not work. Then, the site frozen. Tried to call them. They don't answer. Drove by them as I went to Pizza Hut. They were open but no cars outside. Clearly, they don't want nor have the business.

If you'd like to wait an hour plus for an online or app order this is the best place to go. When and if you receive your order the food always is hot and fresh. But, Be prepared for a very long wait time for your delivery. Don't bother calling to check on your order either....they won't answer.

We ordered a Buffalo Chicken Pizza which came with a handful of green peppers that were not asked for. We also ordered a medium cheese pizza and it came with some extra hair on top :) We've used this location in the past, and it wasn't bad.

Good, pickup is the quickest, and delivery is okay, but delivery from the Minnesota Ave store takes FOREVER.

My husband and I have tried ordering pizza from this location multiple times. Each time, the delivery has been over 1.5 hours and poor customer service. The latest time we ordered from Dominos, we selected carry out. We got there and they had a system malfunction and our pizza order never went through. No communication, no updates on their system to the public... workers were not apologetic. I understand it is not necessarily their fault but some sort of customer service and apology would've been appreciated. To say we have been very disappointed is an understatement. We may not be giving our business to Dominos anymore because of the terrible past experiences.

Typically real decent. The guy working tonight who wants to argue about how the card machines works, though, should take a day off if his \"I work 60 hours a week,\" bit is honest. Whether you think you know the machines better than me or not (you don't), admit when you're wrong (you were), tell a man and his daughter to have a good evening (we did), and forget the exchange ever happened (I will).

For the third time, Domino's has not delivered our pizza. The first time they said since I didn't answer the phone they wouldn't give me my pizza, but I wasn't expecting a call from some random number. The second time they didn't even give a reason why they didn't deliver. The third time was last night and they say I didn't answer the phone again, but I never got a call this time. The first two times they told me to come get my cold pizza since they weren't going to deliver it again. And I insisted on a refund instead. This last time they offered to deliver it again but I still didn't want an hour old, cold pizza. I asked for a refund, they said they needed to put me on hold and then "accidentally" hung up on me. Never got my money back, or my pizza.
