We had delivered a load there and my driver forgot to get the BOL signed. I called after a few days and spoke to a shipping Supervisor Mason who went extra miles to get the paperwork sorted and send me the BOL in email. I am happy and impressed with their courtesy. 👍🏽👍🏽

In the process of building our new home we met with Darwin initially, but ended up going to a different company in town to order all of our exterior doors. We did not have a great experience at that place. They ordered us the wrong color front doors. Darwin went out of his way to contact the company and get us the right color doors, even though we didn’t work with him. We will definitely be going back to Builders Millwork because of this experience and his extra help. Thank you so much!

Customer service is horrible. Trying to get a salesperson to talk to you, or working with them through email is like pulling teeth to get a quote.

We ordered a new front door from Builders Millwork. Our designer came up with the idea to not have a door knob, just a long gold handle. Because of that, we didn’t have a latch that held the door shut. Chad came up with a magnet system that closes and holds our door shut nicely! I highly recommend Builders Millwork!

I’ve been into this establishment numerous times. Today was my last visit. Nobody says a word to you, the front desk just stares at you silently, and you end up walking around without assistance. I walked up and down the aisles and there was one person on the floor helping a family. Not even a greeting. I accidentally went down an aisle of offices and there were three people sitting on their cell phones. Nobody asked to help. Waited 15 minutes and left. Again, this wasn’t the first time this happened. If they are gearing sales, towards contractors only, it’s the wrong business model. Sad impressions every visit.
