I'm really disappointed to see the store in the awful condition it was today.There were clothes all over the floor, hangers everywhere, random items all over the floor. No help on the floor. The line to check out was 20+minutes with only 3 check-out staff. The person checking me out apologized for the wait. I just don't know that I will go back because of the lack of cleanliness .

This place needs some corporate attention and a huge management change. I understand they're understaffed and I empathize with that, but I wonder if finding employees is so difficult because the store is so unappealing (I certainly wouldn't want to work in a place that looks like this).Pay your employees more, ditch the management, and start over. One of the messiest stores I've ever been to.

Store was a mess, I get it its the holidays and maybe help is tough to find but stuff was just thrown on floors and left there.....the help was super friendly the products reasonably priced and selection was ok but its changed alot in 2 years since I have been there, in future probably check out other stores of this kind.

The store is constantly messy. Not enough employees and now we are forced to buy reusable bags or carry our items out of the store. How does that work with a whole cart full of stuff and your carts don't go out of the store? I use to like Burlington but it's gone way down hill.

Store Mgr. Roxie J.This store manager was very rude and very unprofessional this is the second time I have dealt with her for a return, and she made it harder than it should be every time. I waited 20 minutes to get my money back because the till did not have the right change. I have heard her be very rude with other customers.I am a very regular shopper here after this incident I will no longer spend my time or money at this store. I would rate it a zero to bad I have to give it one star did not even deserve that!!

Burlington store in Sioux Falls South Dakota the cashier Eylin was very very friendly i would give her a ☆☆☆☆☆ and helpful. The manager on the other hand she is very rude and disrespectful talking down at employees and customers giving everyone orders like she owns the place. I actually don't understand how come she has a job with that kind of attitude and behavior in front of customers , if you don't like your job find one that fits you ! No employees should have to go through that mental abuse.

I moved from Pennsylvania to Sioux Falls and I thought all Burlingtons were the same. I wanted to feel at home shopping but with this experience I will not return. I don't know what's up with the store managers, but it's horrible doing your shopping with all that mess. They have little staff, it is a shame since it is a wonderful store.?

My recent visit to Burlington left me thoroughly disappointed, prompting me to assign a dismal 1 out of 5 stars. The overall state of the store was a glaring issue, as it presented itself as a disorganized and downright disgusting mess. Navigating through cluttered aisles, I encountered misplaced items, unfolded clothing strewn across racks, and an overall lack of order that made the shopping experience incredibly unpleasant.Equally disheartening was the lack of professionalism displayed by the staff. Instead of finding helpful and courteous individuals, I was met with indifference and a distinct lack of customer service. Requests for assistance were met with apathy, and it seemed as though the staff was disinterested in maintaining the store's tidiness or assisting customers.The cleanliness of the store was a major concern. Stains on the floor and dirty restrooms added to the overall unsanitary atmosphere. It was clear that attention to basic hygiene and cleanliness standards was lacking, contributing to an environment that was far from inviting.Burlington has, in the past, been associated with providing customers with affordable yet quality products. However, this particular experience has made me question the commitment to maintaining a standard of excellence. A store's appearance and the professionalism of its staff are critical components of the customer experience, and unfortunately, Burlington fell short on both fronts during my visit.In conclusion, my rating of 1 out of 5 stars reflects the dismal state of the store and the lackluster performance of the staff. I sincerely hope that this feedback reaches the management, encouraging improvements to ensure that future patrons do not have to endure such a disappointing shopping experience.
