I have never heard of ice cream wrapped in cotton candy like a burrito or taco, but it is excellent. I choose strawberry and Pina colada cotton candy, with chocolate chip and vanilla ice cream filling, and KitKat chips. If you like sweet things then this little place is a must visit.
