Severely short staffed. Probably fine for getting gas. I wouldn't go in the store for anything unless you plan on clearing your schedule for the day

Ive got to hostely say i was here yesterday this sweet young gentalmen made me a special pizza it was great I get here today he wasnt there You know some people dont like eggs on there breakfeast pizza or thay cant eat Will any way i had this lady ring me up and she said that would be 21 dollors i said 21 dollors for a slice pizza she goes will we dont do special pizza just for one slice so i said ill take 2 since your going throw them away Im shure u can sale them think theres only people like her that like eggs Think about what the customer likes not what you would like It seem she was rushing to get me out the door than being frieandly I dont like being rushed i also dont like when people are on there phone than get the questuon the customers ask Sorry for tx this but i hope in the near furture a manger can address this matter

I was so excited to eat our favorite pizza. My wife ran into the closest Casey’s to get it. Absolutely terrible. Ordered a Taco pizza but they were all out of the topping. We had a beef pizza with beans. When my wife asked about them, the lady said, we are out do you want your pizza or not after my wife was already there to pick it up. Not hey sorry here is a free or discounted pie on us for not having everything you ordered. I usually love Casey’s but this was a terrible experience.

Ordered online twice here, first time was told sauces were in the box, second time I asked if they were in the box and told yes both times, no purchased sauces were in the order. I love paying for things and not getting them.

Rapidly declining location. Please fix and clean your men's room. It makes me uncomfortable that the employees have to use that unsanitary space and then go make everyone food. Are you trying to save water?

Grabbed food from the warmer; buns were rock hard and the meat (pork tenderloin and chicken) was extra crispy. Employees were to focused on socializing than helping customers.

Got there at 5:30am to get gas and the building was closed, lights were off and pumps were all off. Apparently open 24 hours......not today

Ordered pizza for pickup. I show up and there are 8 other people waiting for their food as well. I’ll never stop by again . Online said 20 minutes.

After a rough night of doordashing,walking into caseys was awesome. Great customer service from Brock, Kim and Isho. I haven't walked into a store a a long time with smiles and big hearts! Thank you, for the great customer service! The Spicey chicken sandwich is really good! You should try it!

Called to ask a question and the lady we spoke to hung up right after i asked the question. Very rude and impolite. I called back and she had an attitude with me because she didn’t answer my question. who ever she is needs a lesson in respect. She was working christmas day around 4:30. If youre gonna work in a customer service job you’re gonna have to put up with the customers. Absolutely ridiculous that she just hung up without answering the question i had.

Literally called the store to ask a question and got hung up on called back and was told “I said no” and got hung up on again! Wow so rude and on Christmas Day at that!

We love Casey’s pizza, and have ordered several times before. When we pick up ourselves we get what we order. The last two times we ordered for delivery we didn’t receive everything. We just let it go. Today we tried delivery again. We first got a call saying they were out of a topping, totally fine we worked that out. When the pizza came, there was no knock on the door or doorbell. Thank goodness I checked my phone, it said my order had been handed to me. The driver had just set it on our porch in 14 degree weather. We realized, they never grave us the two pops we ordered. We called the delivery driver, but he didn’t know what was going on and blamed Casey’s. I called Casey’s and they said they would take care of it. Then they called right back and said I needed to call DoorDash in the DoorDash app, even though I ordered through the Casey’s app. I do not have a DoorDash account, so I created one, but there is no record of my order. So, now I’m out my rewards/money, and no one will take responsibility. It’s not that much money, but what’s the point of ordering any deals when you end up spending more money and time wise? Pizza also wasn’t cut when it was delivered. I wouldn’t recommend using the Casey’s app to ever order food.
