Recently saw this FB post, was excited to try these new wines.
Was extremely disappointed at the end to find out there is a $35 fee for this wine tasting!
Never once in their advertising did it mention a fee for this wine tasting. There’s no sign up mentioning the cost. When I called to reserve our groups spots, THEY NEVER MENTIONED THERE WAS A FEE FOR THIS WINE TASTING!
I go to wine tastings all over the greater Sioux Falls area, and everyone (except these guys) advertises if there is a cost associated with the wine tasting.
I’ve included screen shots of their FB posts, as you can clearly see. THEY NEVER ONCE MENTIONED A FEE FOR THE WINE TASTINGS!
I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and will never return to this store.

First time to the store. Had a great time visiting with Jenna while we enjoyed some wine. Very nice selection of wines and Jenna is such a joy to visit with. We will definitely be back. This is a hidden gem. Glad we stopped in.

This store is absolutely amazing! The owner, Jenna, is extremely knowledgeable on everything wine and always has fantastic suggestions or recommendations. Her customer service is outstanding and she’s always super friendly!!!

First time in, didn't know exactly what to expect my husband ordered the "flight" for both of us, we had no day in what we were tasting, no choice in red or white, or sweet or dry. When we asked the type of wine would be recommended for Prime Rib we got a structured answer..."Everyone's pallet is different so I may think a red Chardonnay pairs well, where you may like a Merlo" ....well that didn't help! Ended up leaving with 4 bottles of wine that we had never tasted, 2 of which I will be using as a cooking wine since they tasted like cooking Sherry....thanks for the experience

Cellar 54 is a great environment to meet with a few friends and do a wine tasting or a great gathering place to enjoy wine with a group of coworkers. We are a crew of 10 and held our Christmas party there. My staff had the best experience! Jenna went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and gave us the opportunity to enjoy wines that normally we wouldn’t try.

This is such a fun place! Jenna is an expert in picking a bottle of wine for you based on your likes and dislikes. I let her know some of the wines I liked and my preference for sweetness and I got a GREAT Pinot Grigio that I hadn’t had before to have with dinner. The wine flight is very cool too with very detailed info provided for each generous pour. A+

I called for an ASAP special request, and Cellar 54 was eager and happy to make that request happen. They certainly went out of their way to go above and beyond, and I couldn't be more grateful! We need more people and companies like Cellar 54!
