I'm now locked out of my account and need to update my password in order to login to my citi management account. I cannot receive any 1 time pins through my phone, since it is registered in my old number. I am trying desperately hard to speak to an actual representative instead of then automated voice.

Worst experience ever! Someone steals my debit card to pay off there account through Citit! And this bank allows it to happen! How ridiculous! This is fraud and they should be arrested! The customer and the bank should never allow this to happen!
