The man I talked to on the phone knew exactly what I was talking about when I called and the woman who helped me when I got to the store was able to find the piece I needed right away with just a picture I had. Neither of them made me feel dumb or like I was out of my league. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be back for the parts I'll need in the future.”

“We had a excellent experience yesterday at Best Buy. We were looking for a specific cable at other stores with no success until we stopped at Best Buy in Sioux Falls. We asked for assistance and all the BB associates were gracious and tried to help us. They led us to another associate, Deli, who pinpointed exactly what we needed. Deli is very customer service focused, knowledgeable and personable. It was a pleasure interacting with him. Next time we'll cut out trying other stores and go straight to Best Buy.”
“I came in with a screen issue on my laptop they then shipped it to the service center service center said that they fixed it but then I was informed by Eric Rice that they unfortunately did not fix the issue. He then told me he will give me a full refund on the laptop so I can use it to buy a new one. Eric Rice, apologize about the whole situation, but I know it wasn’t his fault at all. Eric rice was good to me the whole time and was sorry that it happened.”
