Went in there and told Tyrone what I needed and he did great! For what I needed took about 15 mins but he engaged conversation with me. He has a voice to melt over lol. But no great experience. Thank you.

I got 4 phones on a family plan through progressive leasing. 4 cases were added wo even showing them to me. I was charged $29.99 each for 2 cheap plastic cases and a very feminine case. I was also charged $39.99 for another clear plastic case. I tried to return the cases. But altho I paid almost $500 in cash over the lease approval amount, the they refused to return the cash or to even offer me a store or bill credit. The young man was rude and I wasn't allowed to speak to any manager.I had had nothing but issues and no help fixing any of them. And I was told I'd get a free year of sam's club membership as advertised in the store. I asked about it before I left the store and was told a email would come instructing me as to how to get the membership. A week later I still have no such email.This company is dishonest and the store manager lied to me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS W THESE PEOPLE. I am a Google contribute and local guide and this is the first and only seriously negative experience I've had. I tried to work with them but was actually told that if I didn't like it to return the then phones. All or none was their attitude. I'm stuck cause it's a lease n they know that. They are dishonest and rude and should not be in business
