Your typical Dollar Tree. Lot's of items, low prices, and from what we've experienced, a friendly staff. Seasonal items come and go, so new items seem to be there whenever we go. It's a good place for a quick shopping trip.

Today I went on a scavenger hunt to try to find a ceramic Christmas tree. I went to four different locations and I ended up at this location. Wish they did not have the tree. They actually didn’t have any Christmas decorations out. They were all still in boxes. But I did find this really cute item that I wanted to purchase and I had a price Sticker of three dollars. It was just a white sticker that was on it like most of their other seven dollar items so I decided to get it for three dollars I get up there pay and then when I was walking out, I liked the receipt and noticed it ring up as five dollars. No big deal it’s only two dollar difference. So I went up to the cash register and said The price tag on this is three dollars. It rang up as five show the price tag and my receipt. The worker Asked me what he wanted me to do about it. So I asked him if they would honor the price on the sticker and the worker told me that they would not honor this sticker price. This worker also was wearing just a zip up jacket with no shirt underneath and the zipper only halfway up, exposing his chest, tattoos and Chest hair. I’m not against tattoos. I have plenty of myself, but if you’re going to work in customer service in a Business that is worldwide, please be professional about it

I arrived at the 85th Street store in Sioux Falls this morning 9/2/24 and noticed the LED yard lights were for 25 cents each. I picked up 8 of them and put them in my basket. Grabbed one more item, then went to the checkout, and that's where the problem began. The cashier said, "Oh, sorry, those are 50 cents, and when I saw you picking them up, I remembered I needed to change the price. I said "well they're 25 cents when I picked them up, you should honor that price." The manager said no. They made a mistake and raised it 50 cents beforeIgot to the checkout. I said, "Well, you should honor the price that I saw when I put them in my cart." And they refused it, and she told me "to get over it" EXACT WORDS, so I left without purchasing anything. Another customer sided with me, and Jaw dropped at the manager rudeness. I refuse to go back to that rude store. It's not like I was a thief or anything?
