Liz treats my family like an extended part of her family! I send documents for my 96 year old Grandmother to this location and every time she visits, they are prepared and ready for her! Even if I haven’t been able to give them much notice, they have it all printed and ready and make it easier on her! They are generous in many ways! Thanks Liz and team!

I always have such a great experience with Liz and the team at FedEx! They do an excellent job every single time and the customer service is always wonderful. I really appreciate how friendly, helpful, and efficient they are — it makes printing and shipping so easy. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Wonderful Print & Ship location!
I placed a print order but made a big oops on my part. I forgot to specify I needed it printed on cardstock. D'oh! The print had been completed, so I called to place another order. It was a quick turnaround, and Tim was so helpful. Not only did they got it done for me on time, but they did me a solid and just charged for the one order--even though I was 100% at fault. Great customer service, and the final product looked great.

What is the worst service ever in my life to be at there? The lady was ruder than rude couldn’t help me out with nothing I asked for help. I asked multiple times charged me $17 for copies and I only got 10 copies and I told her about it she goes oof! Will never go back to this place again. Don’t recommend anybody to go to this place rude people all the way around.

The guy working tonight got super irritated people were coming in and it was raining. Also getting short with me because I wasn’t sure what some part of an address was. That’s just the way it shows up so not sure. If you can go somewhere else I’d recommend doing so. I’m definitely sticking with UPS

I had the most amazing experience with this Fed Ex! I had to print menus and a newsletter for my sister’s wedding (something which I have never done before) and Elizabeth knew exactly what she was doing and helped me every step of the way. Unfortunately their computer systems were not functioning properly, however Elizabeth took it into her own hands and made sure everything got done correctly and the way it needed to be when the computers decided to start working again. I am so grateful for her, as is my sister, for the things we needed were done perfectly. Thank you, Elizabeth!

I had an exceptional experience at the FedEx Print Shop on Louise Ave in Sioux Falls, SD! Liz, Elizabeth, and Sierra went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer care. They were incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive, ensuring every detail of my order was perfect. I needed a banner for a 50th wedding anniversary, and not only was the quality top-notch, but the turnaround time was impressively fast. The banner was a huge hit at the party and became the talk of the event! I highly recommend this location for their excellent service and dedication to making customers happy.
