I called in for a quote to print my family calendar. The people on the phone understood it would be a custom print at a large size and quoted me about $19 a print. When I came in this morning I was told about $80 a print and absolutely no sympathy or compassion to the misquote I was given.

I walk in 3 minutes before the store closes to print a document and then fax it. 8nstead of helping me quick, he kicks me out and says come back tomorrow! I won't be back

This location is not open on Sundays due to “staffing issues.” I have attempted to edit the hours on Google maps to reflect this but so far it still says it’s open on Sundays….

They are getting a low rating because the website says they are open 12-6 on Sundays and the store hours sign also says 12-6. However a different sign says they are closed Sundays. After driving across town this is very irritating UPDATE YOU INFO!!

It isn't hard to change your hours on your Google listing. Hours on Google say they're open on sunday, there's a sign on the door says they're not.

Bad management and communication. Ordered very large buisiness banner, they had an overnight shipment option which I thought was great. Origional order came in with a mistake on their end (crooked edges and misplaced grommets) when this came in they noticed that there was also a mistake on the graphic design file. They offered to fix that mistake with the reprint and had already ordered the fixed banner by the time I called to check on it. That all sounded wonderful even though I had to wait an extra day. When the 2nd banner "fixed" came in they said they couldn't fix the graphic design issue and printed it anyways. Lady said it's not our problem because that's how we got the file. I would gladly have asked my graphic designer to fix the file and resend for printing had they given me this option. Instead they printed without fixing and without giving me the option to fix. $230 unusable banner and a very rude associate. "Not my problem" isn't a great way to let a client know the order has a mistake.

I needed to print 36x48in posters overnight and they were able to deliver. One of the posters had an issue but the very cordial agent called me and we were able to fix the problem. I was stressed that I wouldn't be able to meet my deadline, but FedEx was here for the rescue.

Used to be a great place now they won't help you at all. In a crunch don't mind paying for them to do the scanning but they now say they are not allowed to do anything behind the counter to help the customer due to privacy and security

Horrible customer service. I was argued with berated and attempted to be embarrassed by Karina. I gave her my company name the writing on a target box description a tracking number and a photo ID from the company. She argued that this did not allow per policy to give me the package. She then gave me the package. I was extremely offended. She tried to dress me down in front of everyone else. I have picked up packages here for a year and never treated this way. She also acted like she was in a hurry and demanded me give her the tracking number when i was still looking for it in line and went out of her way with a bad attitude to ask me what i needed. When I replied i wasn't ready yet as i hadn't found the tracking number She rudely interrupted to ask for package details. I said please hold on I'm getting them. I had not approached the counter and was hanging back to find info behind other customers when Karina accosted me with her delusional ideas about what constituted package information and i do not understand why. Her coworker didn't correct her but she clearly needs retrained. I don't know what her problem is but i am furious at someone attempting to embarrass me and implying any sort of dishonesty. She should not be in customer service. I will be calling fedex to file a complaint later tonight. Absolutely worst attitude I've ever seen. She seemingly hates her job and hates helping people.

I have had only positive printing experiences at this location. They complete tasks in a timely manner and most times quicker than what I expected. Any troubles I have had came from using the app for Kinkos, which this store is not responsible.

Extremely poor customer service...Leaving a review in hopes that this will encourage the location to work on training in customer relations as all the employees are very unhappy and it shows. In trying to get my printing services completed they were sure to let me know how inconvenient it is to print large orders. If I wanted to print just a few pages I would do it at home. 100 pages should not be a big deal for a business titled Office Print and Ship Center. Go to UPS.

Unfriendly staff, didn't acknowledge incoming guests. No one even looked at me as I stood there for a couple minutes until finally someone came over and just asked if I had a drop off. Have him my package and left.
