The service is really good it's the damn debit card I have issues with. It's always getting locked up and declined with money on it.

My experience has been five stars. Kelli does a real nice job at the Sioux Falls Minnesota Avenue branch. Nick, seen him around. Tellers always friendly. Nice job with customer service by all.
