First PREMIER Bank is considered one of the strongest community banks in the nation, serving individuals and businesses. Some customers report excellent service, noting that everybody is nice and they are good people. One customer received helpful, excellent service with a new debit card. For some, it was the only bank that would give them a loan initially, for which they were grateful. However, other experiences include a rude voicemail from a loan officer that was discouraging. There have also been recent branch closures in Sioux Falls. The bank offers personal, business and ag banking, mortgage, wealth management, ACH and Treasury Services.
