I went into this store a week ago kinda knowing what I wanted to get back on for protein supplements and all. Casey greeted me and talked about what I was looking for. Got me set up with some products I haven't used before but he has. I tell you what I'm hooked on this stuff, works great tastes great! More energy for my normal work days and workouts! I'll be back again when I need replenishments. Thanks again Casey!He also threw in a shaker bottle for free which he didn't have to but I appreciate it!

If I could do 0 stars I would. never visited the store but never order online. My address was incorrect. called the same day to change it. they "changed" it. for 1 of the 3 containers of powder I ordered. The other 2 were delivered to an old address. I am having surgery on my stomach and am only allowed 3 of heyy! this is Amanda your old neighbor. question for ya shakes a day and water. customer service is a joke. 3 people hung up. almost 2 hours on the phone. they literally can't change an address are you kidding me. so now I get to go without any type of food source for 2 days because I guess address change and doing it right the first time is too hard for this company. and after submitting a refund to replace it they then wanted me to pay for the items again. this company is a joke. also no us representatives.

I recommend GNC of Sioux Falls to anyone looking to take the next step in their wellness goals! Casey and the staff are incredible helpful, have integrity, honesty, and amazing customer service! They don’t try and sell you products you don’t need! The products sold here are top notch! GNC of Sioux Falls has been my Go-To for the past 2.5 years and I know I can always count on them! I highly recommend Sioux Falls’ GNC! They are hands down the best supplement company in/around the area. Whether you’re looking for product variety, quality, knowledgeable staff, or friendly service, they do it all. The management and staff make product recommendations based on individual needs and personalize the experience to each customer. They aren’t out to upsell you products that you don’t need (thank youuu) and are loyal to their consumers. They take orders by phone for those who aren’t local and are always hooked up with new flavors in my favorite brands like ghost, muscle sport, axe and sledge, etc!My experiences with both SF locations have only been positive.
