This is a good gym to go to aside for the fact that some of the gyms you have to go to multiple gyms to get the workout you're looking for on different parts of your body. They are clean and friendly.

The one thing I don’t like about GL is that it’s not nation wide. I love GL but travel a lot. Which I could pack a location up and bring it with me. Lol
