They will fraudulently charge your card several hundred dollars more than agreed upon just for returning the car to a different location, even if this was discussed and agreed upon before leaving. Disrespecting the customer makes this location happy.

Don’t review often but had a terrible experience here. They extorted me to pay for hail damage that did not occur while I had the vehicle. Very dishonest. You should use another rental company.

One of the employees was incredibly helpful in helping me pick up the car and extend the amount of time I would have the vehicle. However, on drop-off, another employee talking to his coworker decided to get mouthy with me when I didn't hear him say "enterprise". Meaning I was supposed to drop off the keys at Enterprise, when initially I rented from Hertz.Listen, when I asked politely where I should drop off the keys and you point to the YOUR own drop off box, I'm not expecting to be told to go to a separate company to drop off the keys. Especially when all that is said is "Enterprise". Don't blame me for your own negligence to point me in the right direction the first time.

Reserved a car on line, only to find a debit card is not enough. Nowhere online did it notify me. I don't have or use credit cards. They will not take cash, will not take a check. Stranded at the airport.

Quick in and out, the car lot is right out the doors which is great since you don't have to take a shuttle. I enjoyed driving the 2021 Dodge Challenger!

If you prepay for fuel, make sure you return the car on E. We returned the car with 3/4 of a tank and were under the impression that we would be charged for what it cost to top it off. Hertz still charged as if we had returned it on 1/8. Not pleased, but lesson learned. Hertz is about money, not fairness.

Absolutely useless location. This is not a corporate location and a licensed one. Our vehicle had an issue and they did not attempt to even lift a pinky to help us.

$9/gal if you forget to pay for gas. They definitely aren't trying remind you to do it either. Thought I had a trusted rental company looking out for me, definitely not impressed by their lack of concern for people after they get your money.Make them come out and sign off on your drop off in front of you. That seems to be the most common way they charge people A LOT of money for questionable reasons (definitely no small charges). They love just having you drop off the key and walk away, it lets them charge you with no way to prove your side, unless you take photos when you drop it off with the vin and gas tank, etc.. So TAKE PHOTOS (they charged me a full tank of gas!! ($150 @8.99/gal) ouch!I was pretty sure it was full..

Rent in sioux falls ALL the time. Never have any problems tell i used Hertz. The car was fine the employees on the other hand are rude, not helpful at all.

Great experience here. Car was still available, even tho I was about 2 hours late, return was just as painless.

When my reservation was mysteriously cancelled, i asked the guy at the front desk what his options were. He said I could rent a car for a very high rate. I checked online and they clearly had many cars available for $50 a day. Can't prove it but like they try to force their customers into the price.

I'm not sure who trained the lady at the counter, but they should both be fired. Very rude and sounded like a robot just repeating the same thing like reading a script. Communication would have been nice. Prepaid online for rental had my name on reservation and husband's name on billing. When we arrived and gave credit card and id's to counter all she would say is the credit card has to be in my name even tho my husband was standing right there. When we tried talking to her to figure out what to do she just kept repeating You will have to call customer service. No willingness to talk to us like people. Then while on the phone with customer care she wouldn't talk to my husband VERY RUDE!!! After wanting to recharge my card and then charge for deposit and gas and, and, and fees we cut our loss and left without a rental. What a waist of time and money. Save yourself the stress.

HORRIBLE experience. My hertz rental broke down and we were towed to this location only for staff be extremely rude and unhelpful. They stated they had no car for us and even if they did it would come with a $500 hold. They also acted as if we shouldn't have been brought here by Hertz (THEIR COMPANY). They repeatedly said "we can't help you" and "there's nothing we can do". This company has terrible internal structure, no communication and little to no assistance. My family of 5 were left stranded with no help at all. I will NEVER rent another car from Hertz AGAIN and I will tell everyone I know about this absolutely horrific experience.
