“This is such a wonderful thrift store. The place is always clean and organized and the staff (which may be volunteers) are so helpful. They also have rotating colors for the items on sale that rotate monthly. I think this is great because new things are on sale each month and they have new items on a regular basis. They also email out coupons!”

She helped in the decision making for our countertops and back splash, and coordinated the installation. We also purchased from them our new kitchen table and chairs that really gave the room it's finishing touch. Our kitchen looks wonderful thanks to Sue and Bob at Spencer Furniture. Their personalized attention was exceptional!”

My only feedback is please stop using FastFrate shipping to complete your deliveries in Canada. Not only are their delivery drivers ill-equipped to complete a delivery, rude, Misogynistic, their customer service is also unhelpful. It’s not a reflection of Moes, but you should be aware of terrible subcontractors.”

“I love Joann's! Great prices and products every time. The only problem I've ever had there is at the cashier. It's either a sullen millenial with bad hair, bad skin, and piercings that's unbelievably rude, or a super slow senior citizen that wants to tell you her whole life story. How she's overworked and underpaid, and that the store is always freezing cold. And no matter how long the checkout line is, you only get ONE cashier.”

“I was greeted when I went to pick up my order. One item was there but was not as easy to find. It was there and had my name on it but it looked like it was on the wrong cart. They found it and offered to bring it out to my car and load it for me. She gave me a compliment which was the kindest thing anyone had ever said to me. Don't hesitate to ask your questions. They will make it happen and answer any questions you may have. You'll be glad you did.”
“Wife seem to enjoy it. I think we've been to every Kirkland's in the United States now, lol. This one did not have the overwhelming odor of Kirkland's that you normally smell when entering a store.”

“I give them kudos, they have really improved with how much they offer and the store looks a little better. It is getting into the seasonal time right now and I feel that you should map out where the cash register line starts. I had no clue and I ended up in the line where the jewelry counter is as I was coming from that side of the store, and by the time someone told me that wasn’t the line and I had to walk all the way around. I had about eight more people in front of me. Extremely frustrating especially when I was in a time crunch.”
