They had some good sale deals on craft items but prices on fabric seemed a bit high. But had a nice variety for sure. Also love the coupons.

Joann on 41st Street is a nice store, we were grabbing sewing supplies, and my daughter was training her service dog. They had plenty of sales, but the lady at checkout was very rude. She did not like it when people had digital coupons, and she was angry we brought our service pup in.

The staff all seemed unhappy. No one offered help. They didn't have the item I wanted and didn't offer any other options. I've rarely seen a more uninspired retail staff.

I often visit this store and buy fabrics and notions. Patty is very rude when waiting on people. Most other staff are generally fairly nice. I have been treated terribly by her way too many times!

A friend and I visited this place to make fleece blankets. While we both picked out our fabric, the lady behind the cutting counter had a little attitude. I asked her if there was another roll of print for my friend since it wouldn’t reach 2 yards of fabric, she said in a rude tone she would have to walk around the whole store to look on the shelves. There was no one behind us waiting. I told her it was okay because we looked on the shelves too and there was none available. I thought to ask incase there would be more in the back and she could’ve apologized instead of exaggerating. We went to checkout and the old lady behind the counter gave my friend a dirty look because of the crop top she had on. I have never felt mistreated for my friend before for just buying some fabric. The store was also hot and made it difficult for us to shop as well. All in all, they had great selections but the store should offer a friendly atmosphere. Do not go to this store on a Friday from 2-3pm.

Seems very picked over. Prices are way too high on most things now. Only bought buttons due to prices. No good yarn sales anymore
