Nice store. Big inventory. Nice selection. Did not have correct size for Uggs but offered to ship it free to our home. 5 day waiting time. Nice store clerk. Took time to explain receipts in case of shipping problem. Will go back to look at their fun selection of Van's. Nice selection of backpacks & bags. In a great location. Easy to find. Lots of parking.

After coming home from the store and finding the wrong shoe size in the box they offered to send us the correct item and a return label. The shoes were supposed to arrive after one week. Two weeks later we called the store, they had our replacement shoes and had not yet shipped them.
