We used Kevin and his team when we bought our first home in 2015 and used them again for our refinance in 2022 because they are the absolute best. They are so knowledgeable about every step and if they didn't know they took the time to find out. No question was a d*** question to them. They were honest with scenarios and options and weren't afraid to do the work to get us the best loan and rate for our needs.

I have nothing but GREAT things to say about Kevin and his team. The entire refinancing process was incredibly easy with their help, and they made it very clear what to expect, what information they needed, and what the "next step" was throughout the entire process. Plains Commerce bank is the worst ever. Customer service yelled at me when they double charge my mortgage account saying it was my fault. I would stay far away as possible from Plains Commerce Bank!

Kevin and his team reached out to me personally. They felt that looking at mortgage and how the market was they could get me a lower interest rate. Kevin sent me a personalized email/video of all my options to refinancing. He made the process super easy and did not make me feel stupid for asking questions. In the end, we got a lower interest rate, lower mortgage payment, and we got alot of money back to pay off debt. I'd call that a win, win, win. Best team out there and I highly recommend them!
