The food was good but the service was terrible. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo to go and they forgot my fries... had to come back.... won't eat there again

Food was great as always. Would rather place my order with a real person rather then on a computer. Not good customer service doing it that

We stopped on our way to Minnesota. They didn't have the chicken we wanted original or crispy. They told us to wait 15 minutes so we left. Check my YouTube channel JacobAndDad for great family-friendly videos.

This review is actually a combined review of two stores and multiple occasions, because I don't believe I have reviewed either store before for any of the times we've visited.Pre-covid we ate the buffet at LOUISE often. There was a worker at this store who was amazing. I haven't seen her in a long time, due to Covid, but I want to say her name was Melanie. She was the only upfront employee and was running register, supervising the buffet, calling needs to the cooks, cleaning the lobby, and anything else that needed doing all with a good attitude and a smile. She mentioned she was the only upfront employee because others had called in sick or hadn't shown up; it wasn't said like a complaint or whining, it was just stating a fact. We asked to speak to her manager and told her manager in front of her she should be given a raise and considered for management and gave the manager examples why. Her manager kept cheering, patting "Melanie" on the back, and saying things like, "Listen to that!" They both thanked us warmly. Shortly after that, "Melanie" was promoted to assistant manager and given a raise. Then came Covid. We have missed our friend.Approximately two months ago, KFC, through the app, offered 1-per-order 8-pc chicken buckets for $10. When I went to the LOUISE store, the employees told me the offer was only available at the KIWANIS store. I thought it was strange, but I considered it might be a corporate vs. a franchise offer. We had eaten at KIWANIS once or twice and we'd never had problems. I say this hoping my experience was a isolated incident. When I entered the KIWANIS lobby as a man was leaving, the drive-thru worker said to a manager, as she walked back to drive-thru, "It's obvious they don't know what time we close." I thought the statement was directed at me and was pretty snotty. I had been sent from the Louise store; mapped the KIWANIS location and phone number; called the store to see if they were, indeed, fulfilling the deal; drove to that store; pulled up the app; completed two orders; and, still walked in ten minutes before the lobby closed at which point, I would have gotten in the drive-thru line to make my purchases before the drive-thru closed thirty minutes after the lobby, as best I can recall the store hours. A male customer was entering as I was leaving. And the manager brushed my apology aside and said I had time when I said I was sorry to be late.Yesterday, my husband stopped at the LOUISE store again to see what they would tell him because we wanted to buy the buckets through the app again. This time, he was told he could purchase the buckets, so he returned to the car where I quickly used the app to buy our chicken. He said our friend was managing, and I wonder if time of day, attitude of employees, and/or a misunderstanding of the app offer made a difference in the employees telling me I couldn't get the offer at LOUISE the first time, though they sounded genuine. The chicken from both stores was good and hot. I open the bags and bucket lids so the chicken won't steam and lose its crunch or get soggy. The thighs and legs are small. And, there's extra original recipe coating that doesn’t get cooked in crevices. Overall, we've gotten much better chicken at KFC than HyVee or Popeye's. We only buy KFC when it's on sale though, because, to us, it's expensive.

1/2 gallon of soda with your order --- except its all ice...$50 for 16 pcs of chicken - not worth it...

Lots of space between tables. Well stocked serving area for condiments , plastic warehouse, napkins, and straws. Would prefer Coke products but their unsweetened ice tea was good. Had never had their KFC dipping sauce for chicken nuggets --- was good. Sometimes fast food restaurants put the drive thru orders ahead of the customer who comes into the store to dine but this was not the situation at KFC. Took my order right away. No waiting. Their bathroom was pretty clean for it being open for the public. Will go back again.
