Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Gave them 4 stars as their sales aren't as amazing as they used to be. I'd also like to note that their website for cardholders needs a LOT of work. I've been a Kohl's customer for 20 years, hadn't used my card in forever and decided to reregister and buy my kids some clothes. I attempted to pay my first payment on the due date and the site literally wouldn't let me mark the payment for the due date. Kind of more of the same with the second payment. I tried to pay that one a couple days early and that payment did work either. I ended up paying the $230 balance and I haven't been back since.

I wish I had noted the name of the associate who checked me out because she was friendly and very helpful. She was the kind of employee who inspires me to go back again and again. Clean, well organized store and helpful staff.

Pam was so friendly, I didn’t have to ask for help, she asked me with out being pushy. They didn’t have exactly what I wanted but Pam lead me to the next best thing! Awesome awesome customer service skills. I would come back with hope of seeing her again.
