The rude lady inside is so lazy she wouldn't give me quarters out of the till for singles. Every other employee has done this for me anytime I need a dollar or 2 in quarters but I guess it's too much to do for her. No longer going here.

I used to be the overnight cashier here and ever sense maverick bought out Kum & Go it definitely has went downhill and upper management is a complete joke. I left the company due to many issues with the boss and corporate not wanting to resolve the issues. I definitely don’t shop here anymore

We had a terrible incident with a Lyft driver at about 1130 pm and the workers Anna and Carla were so helpful and considerate. They helped us resolve the issue and we’re both very courteous and professional. Thank you to the both of them.

First off the people that are physically working at this location daily are amazing. Customer service has always been spot on. Now upper management are idiots. I truly have no clue how they earned their position. Probably a family thing because just for me? Well the first time you medded with the pizza deal I went from spending $20-$30 a week between Wednesday and Friday. They changed it then I went to maybe $10 a month. Now you changed it again. So now my business goes to Caseys because either they are just not as greedy or know how to run a stable company. Consistency is everything. And kum n go is not a stable company and that is on the less then adequate number crunches that know nothing. It's not about your pizza. It was about watching that total change. It doesn't much anymore, and the pizza is so so. I'm asking you upper management WHY SHOP AT KUM N GO

One doesn't expect stellar customer service in a convenience store. However, to have a hostile clerk is unexpected. My transaction in this store left me feeling very uneasy.

This gas station had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will tell everyone to avoid this location at all costs. The “manager” Ryan was completely dismissive and rude to the customers ahead of me and I will be filing a complaint and from what I’ve heard this isn’t the first time….

The store part is efficient and functional, the bathrooms smell like someone homeless is living in the ceiling tiles, much of the bathrooms look like they're never cleaned. Voted grossest bathroom consistently in Sioux Falls ?
