If you have coupons or rewards for using your Lane Bryant credit card, I highly suggest you use them online and have the merchandise shipped to your house or to the store for pickup. Neither the manager or associate today knew how to redeem the valid coupon that I had. They got frustrated because they didn't know how to do it, then started making up all sorts of reasons why I couldn't use it lol (I read the small print, I could use it on any purchase including clearance). They were also upset about having to price correct a couple of items because they came out to the wrong price than what was marked. I decided to leave empty-handed and most likely won't be coming back to shop at this store.

Employee was very irritated that I had an email coupon code from corporate that didn't have a bar code. Her frustration should have been directed to corporate office or her supervisor and not me.

I stopped in yesterday to shop and felt like I was interrupting a girls night out. The two employees never left the register area. I think they were unpacking product. They did not approach a single customer to see if they needed help. They gossiped about another person the entire 45 minutes or so I was in store. it was a bit off for this location because I usually find the staff to be super helpful.
