Went to Sioux Falls store to return an item. Cashier when asked where something was responded with down there and pointed to a wall. I had to ask for clarification from him. When I returned to finalize return, he moved to another return counter so Ibwas about 10 feet. He never asked me to move. He asked for my name and I gave him my 1st name. He then said he needed second name as well. I have it to him then in front of several employees and other customers asked for my telephone number. I gave it to him. I complained that I had just publicly given home my entire bane and phone number. I complained why I had to give out all of this info. He said the computer needed for returns. That’s fine but then have customer write it down on paper. I had just given out my name and phone number to anyone who could hear. I will BEVER return to a Lowe’s again. Change procedure.

After buying our first house Lowe’s has become a frequent go-to store. They have the most helpful employees that are incredibly knowledgeable with anything from electrical to hardware and recommendations on the best brands to use.

Wasn't told enough about credit app discount. Told if I spend 999 or more I'd get $50 off. Well I did, discount wasn't applied. So then told only on appliances. That total was $996. How convenient to upsell, or to not have to discount the $50. If I were told it was only on appliances I would have NOT applied for the credit card.

The nine months of “dealing” with the staff at this location has been exhausting and frustrating. A total home remodel was turned upside down accommodating Lowes, due to their lack of communication and follow through on a purchase/order of household appliances. A range hood was delivered damaged in the box, and because we had to move onto other projects, the kitchen was left for last. Lowe’s timeframe ran out I guess, and they did not exchange the damaged hood. They did tell me I could call LG myself and try to work with them on it. Unresponsive, lack of training and total lack of customer care is this store’s motto. Never again. We have now purchased another hood and will be donating the damaged (cosmetic only) hood they sold us to Habitat.
