Although I understand the importance of customer service… this store is too extreme. I felt extremely overwhelmed while trying to shop in the store. There was nonstop contact from the employees asking the same questions repeatedly. I was approached over 4/5 times in the same spot within 5 min this last Friday. This happens every time, and I leave with purchasing nothing due to the feeling of harassment from staff. Although they are kind, it does get strange when they are always commenting on my body type without prompt. I don’t need help finding my size and it’s inappropriate to tell me what size I “look like” if I did not ask. Overall this store needs to calm down and let guest shop without feeling attacked with sale pushes.

The skinny short white manager with black curly in her Kate forties is clearly a meth addict. I've moved had the unfortunate pleasure of meeting this manager until tonight and needless to say she was high as a kite on something and horribly rude and down right abusive. I will be following through with reporting this to the top. Horrible drugged out women should not be in customer service

Staff is terribly unfriendly. Do yourself a favor and try items on in store and order online.

The girls working here are extremely rude and snobby. Very pushy sales staff as well. Ive been to quite a few lululemon store fronts and this is by far the worst experience Ive ever had. Avoid this store.

Won't answer their phones. Hard to call and get someone. Clothes are pretty spendy but I do shop here.

Extremely disappointed by Lulu today and in the past. I was a little hesitant already about buying Lulu because of the price, however I know that they care so much about pleasing the customer by promising quality and ensuring returns for quality purposes. I bought my first lululemon item and LOVED it, however, I very quickly started seeing quality issues (even though I was following all care instructions). Ripped seams, pilling, etc. 3 months later (today), I stopped into the store to exchange my pants for a new pair for quality purposes. I went with a friend because she had the same issue. We were blatantly told to just buy a $10 pill shaver at Walmart to remove it. This was very upsetting because I expected my $99.99 pants to last longer than 3 months without looking trash. I will no longer be spending so much money at Lulu knowing they don’t actually care to keep their quality promise with their customers at this store. Also, the worker that was taking my return told us that she worked there for 5 years so she knew what she was doing when she wouldn’t take our items.

Terrible experience. This store does not follow the quality promise guidelines stated on the Lululemon website. Was told they couldn’t anything other than give me $10 to give it to Lululemon like new. Extremely disappointed. Then, I was told by Lululemon online customer support to go in store to find out why my return money back was taking longer than TWO WEEKS and they said they couldn’t do ANYTHING. They told me to contact my bank… as if my bank can issue my return? Simply wild. Guess I’ll go take all my returns online. Needless to say, customer service at this Lululemon store was horrendous. As someone who has worked in customer service before, I was shocked at how extremely terrible their’s was.

We usually love coming to this store. Today we felt high sales pressure and an associate ordered something for me that did not include our first responder discount. She did nothing to try to rectify the situation, cancel and re-order, or credit us for the other 5 items we were about to buy. Not impressed. We have spent thousands at this particular location. I plan to return the item she ordered so the store will not get credit for the sale. Awful customer service.

They wouldn’t take my clothing back under quality promise even though i’ve had the item for less than 6 months. Disappointed that we spent so much money on a product that doesn’t meet my standards but there’s “nothing they can do about it”. I was told to make sure i’m washing on cold water with like fabrics and hang dry (which i do all of those things) and they also told me to just buy a depilar off of amazon. This makes me not want to purchase again due to low-quality products and not sticking to the Lululemon quality promise.
