The guys in the shop were FANTASTIC!!! Very helpful/ knowledgeable especially Cory (sprinter guru) ...he came back to work after he left for the day to help diagnose our brand new Airstream motor home with electronic issues!!Steve was also very accommodating!We are from Minnesota on our way to Colorado. They took us in immediately to diagnose our dilemma!

Custom ordered a 2024 BMW 4 series with the help of Jeff Charbonneau and the experience was fantastic. He was so awesome in helping me get exactly what I wanted in my new car with no pressure and lots of great guidance. There absolutely is a difference in car buying experiences and BMW is wonderful to work with. Thank you Jeff for making this really special for me!

My first experience buying a Mercedes and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Kelsey was helpful from start to finish throughout the process & treated us like family. The vehicle is amazing and has a lot of neat features. Kelsey gave us a quick lesson and offered to help with any/all questions we have while learning the new vehicle. Definitely would recommend him and the dealership.

I called Carol Morken prior to my visit. I was interested in a specific 2023 BMW. Carol was excellent in listening to what I was looking for, and she was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. She did a great job of getting the vehicle ready prior to my visit. She was very helpful, and she did a wonderful job of explaining the features of the car. She did a great job of working with me, to help me understand the pros and cons of this vehicle vs a 2024 BMW. We closed the deal within an hour, and I drove my BMW home the same day! The customer service and attention to every detail was exceptional. I will definitely continue doing business with Carol and the folks at LAM in the future!

Update to this situation listed below - Made my 1- Star experience jump to a 5 - Star!! I was told my appointment would take 1 1/2 hours but I was still waiting 2+ hours later and it still wasn't done. I have to take my vehicle back another day for them to finish what I couldn't wait around for due to another appointment that I had made based on the time frame I was told when I made the appointment at Luxury Auto.I had also called to get a quote to get 4 new tires put on my vehicle before I made the appointment but what I wasn't told was that the install & alignment were above & beyond the quote I was given.If you are going to give a quote for tires it would be helpful to give the complete total of the expense so a person could make an informed decision about where to get tires installed. I was very disappointed. I will know in the future to ask more questions but not sure it will be with Luxury Auto Tire DeptFOLLOW UP: I received a phone call from Luxury Auto & they have gone above & beyond to rectify the situation. I am very appreciative of their effort. I was genuinely surprised by the call & it shows me they truly cared about my experience and wanted to make it right.

I received prompt attention to the problem I was experiencing with my Cadillac. They gave me a loaner car to use until I was able to pick my car later that day. They washed my car before my return. They recommended another appointment at that time and I was able to schedule it for the next week. I am very happy with the service I was given.

Check in was easy and efficient. Service manager, very personable and professional .Patrick, my sales rep, checked in to make sure all was good with our vehicle. He has been great, from ordering, to delivery and now to servicing our BMW.Service was completed quickly and I was on my way.

Our experience today was nothing short of 5 stars. We got greeted right away from Mike Weiland & it was smooth sailing from there. We told him what we were looking for & his first recommendation was the one we went with. Joe did our finances professionally & assertively. & on our way we went in our new car with nothing but smiles.Also the detailing in these cars are top of the line. Reilly Olson is among the best! Thank you all for such a great memory.

After speaking with Steve Andino, I was able to arrange service for my Winnebago Revel. Everyone l encountered was courteous and professional. My van was serviced in a timely fashion and at a price that I considered quite reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

I was very happy with my car when we bought it; however, we are very dissatisfied that an issue that triggered a check engine light was reported the day it started, but the part to correct the issue couldn't be ordered until a warranty ticket was submitted. Appointment was made on and part was supposed to have been submitted. 3 months later it hasn't been fixed. We contacted the dealer, promised call back not received. We have been left in the dark!! Colder temps will be here soon, but we can't use auto start.We were told the issue does affect the gas mileage, but it has drastically been reduced!! This is unacceptable and needs to be fixed!!

My vehicle was towed to Luxury Auto Mall and service was able to work my vehicle in on very short notice. They completed the necessary repairs and put me back on the road in no time at all. Considering I was 400 miles from home, they were truly a life saver.

Michael at Mercedes service is absolutely fantastic to work with. I had to have my car towed in after hours because I hit something that destroyed my tire on the way home from work. Michael contacted me immediately the next morning, and kept me updated throughout the day. My car was done the same day. While it was there they ran a software update that I’d been meaning to get it in for and of course, washed, vacuumed and dusted my car. The entire experience was top notch and reminded me of why I chose to buy a Mercedes in the first place. Thank you Michael and Luxury Auto Mall.

I recently was traveling through Sioux City area, on my way out west from Toronto, Canada. I noticed a noise that sounded like a bad wheel bearing on my Mercedes. I called the Dealership and was greeted by Erica, she said to bring the car in as soon as I could, and she would try to get me in for some sort of service. This was more than I could hope for, as I had no prior appt etc. and it was on a Friday afternoon.Upon getting to the dealership, Erica had my car taken in, diagnosed and repaired (bad tire) within 1 1/2 and my wife and I on our way!A total first class dealership with nice friendly staff throughout the entire dealership!Thank You to everyone again! Paid the 61 dollars for their, "The Best" which includes, car wash, oil change, tire rotation, vacuum, and fluids topped off. They didn't wash the car, they did t vacuum it, they didn't rotate the tires. When I asked why they didn't do all I paid for they told me sorry, the car wash is broken, they forgot to vacuum it. I was there probably 10 minutes in total. I do think they should've offered me a discount for the services I paid for but didn't receive but they didnt sadly. I paid the full 61 dollars for a 10 minute oil change :-( I won't be going back.The staff there though is pretty friendly.
