We are thankful to bank with Central Bank. We have personal accounts with them, and both the ministries we work for have business accounts with them. We usually use the branch on 57th and Western. Whether we are there for personal or business reasons, the staff is always incredibly helpful and kind! Sometimes I need to bring my kids with me, and even they get excited to go see our friends at the bank.

Very difficult to work with and neither of their bank managers can resolve anything without making you feel like garbage. Told all day I would get a callback from the manager because he's at lunch. I still haven't received a call. Never had a problem till 8/24/22. Waste of time to stay with them after the change from Metabank.

Direct deposit payments go in 3-4 days earlier than if I had a direct deposit from a local bank.

The horrible reviews posted before mine do not do justice to how terrible these people are. as I was having trouble with my new card that has my pay from my part time job,I called customer service and was on hold for over 40 minutes.when someone finally answered,it was clear she spoke broken English but that was all that was clear.she was in the Philippines and gave the disgraceful service mentioned in the other reviews.if this "bank" had been in existence during World war two, MacArthur would have said you guys are on your own.this is the worst company in the Galaxy called milky way and may be the worst in the universe,those parts known and unknown.

Pretty sure, someone within their business has stolen money out of my account. Fraudulent charge came up from San Ramon California ( an off branch of Metabank/Account Now Visa ) Account now home office happens to be in San Ramon CA. When i tell them about this charge. They delete all my transaction history, close my account and refuse to help me in any way! Froze my existing money ( which is living money ) said it'll take 10-17 business day. I have had this card for 13 years, then they just changed their terms and agreement on 01/10/2019 now someone from the area where all my information is stored has stolen a large amount of money out of my deposit. Ive contacted the BBB , Local authorities, and my attorney.
