I would give a 0 if I could. I will no longer go in the evening. The evening staff seems like they are there only to collect a paycheck. Very rude, don't want to work, and pushy.

They had all the mosaic materials that I needed at a good price. The only negative thing was a very pushy salesclerk who pushed my hand out of the way while I was trying to put my debit code in. She hit the button that ran it without the code but that is not how I like to do it. She also mentioned the snack that I purchased multiple times. Not in a good way, either. Interesting person.

Came in today and Mary was working the register. She gave us an attitude and said "coupons are a problem for you" when we gave her a coupon for our items. Ridiculous treatment when we did nothing but be nice to her. She didn't give attitude to any other customers in line. Only to us because we had her scan the barcode and then she waved her hands around like it was a big deal.
Highly Disappointed.

Friendly staff, plenty of items and space to walk around. They also have great sales frequently.

I went in there for buttons for a shirt. They had a very limited selection and the only good buttons they had were very pricey.

Wasn't really impressed. They have some nice items but seems a bit pricey. Seems smaller then other stores. Their clearance area items were pretty desolate.

I've been visiting Michael's more often these last few months for new projects and they are my go to craft store for sure! Staff are always helpful and pleasant to talk to. They also have good prices and great coupons available.

They've got clear oracal transfer tape, wish the rolls were bigger but it's the only shop in town where I've found it.

Always much less madness than other craft stores. Watch the sales and you will often find better deals in store or online than the bigger box store.
