I have rented from Lisa for 5years and I have had the best Service ever. If I ever had a problem or needed to get into my unit Her Husband would help me. There always on top of things. Will continue to keep my unit because I can always rely on her. And her Rates are very reasonable.

This storage unit facility is very accommodating and accessible . I am so grateful for the location. This area is clean neat and safe. I have been doing business at this location for more than three years and I am so thankful for the location of this place.

cant even begin to describe how rude and unprofessional they are .. after making a $700 payment on my mothers storage units they said i supposedly didnt make they threw all of my childhood stuff along with very important documents that was in their without any type of warning no type of letter sent saying it will be thrown away . when i came to confront her face to face after her not answering my calls or my mothers calls she called the cops saying she didnt want to have a conversation because she knew she was in the wrong .. i wish i could give this 0 stars but i cant . I DO NOT RECOMMEND coming here and renting your unit here you WILL lose everything you have in their . things have been stolen from other peoples units and they did nothing about it .. she does not know what shes doing at all .. her dad has tried to get her to stop working their because she dont know what shes doing but she has refused to .. shes stealing peoples money and getting away with it . this place needs to be shut down immediately !

Dishonest.
After several phone calls with her, we agreed on a deal for 3 spots. I made arrangements to bring my items but a week later, she decided to rent them to someone else. I only found this out after she wouldn’t answer the calls on my phone #, but answered immediately on another phone. Could have let me know, but decided to move on and not tell me.
Glad I didn’t rent. If that’s what they can do in a week, what might happen in a year? Shady.

Was recommended to us by friends, but we had a bad experience. Gave notice that we would be out by the 6th of the month and ended up moving out a day earlier on the 5th. The owners said we would not be charged, but then waited until the end of the month and charged us anyway. When we called for a refund, they told us that they would have to check the video to see if we were actually out by that day. Then they tried to tell us that we did not move out until the 10th and we still had a lock on it even though we took the lock off of our unit that day and used it on our uhual. I do not recommend doing business with them!

Had my storage here for 2yrs but they cut my lock without calling and telling me until I called to make payment then they told. When I arrived to get my things my TV was stolen. Would of given 5 but idk who stole my TV which kinda sucks can’t really prove it because they don’t have cameras so idk could of been them or not

Their website says, Mini Stor All offers you a convenient, safe, and inexpensive way to store your belongings. Very misleading. My daughter lost all of her content in her unit. No customer service support. She was first told that is what happens when payments are not made. The letters they supposedly sent were never sent or received. No one could provide any dates when they were sent. After documentation was provided that all payments were automatically made, the story changed that maintenance found the lock had been removed and unit empty so they Cleaned it out without notifying my daughter. It is not there policy to confirm. We were told they did not have time to deal with this, made to feel it was my daughter's fault, hung up on and basically suggested we were liars. We will never know what happened to our stuff but Mini Stor All was rude and very unsupportive.
