They used to be great with business cards but with apparel, they certainly are not. They are horrible with communication. They expect people to know their business and push the blame on you when they are wrong. One employee says they will CALL you and then the other says that she EMAILED you when she didn't. Now, we can't get order in by a deadline. Not professional. Need to stay with business cards.

I am so impressed with the quality of work that Minuteman in Sioux Falls does! The folding machine at our office stopped working. After giving Minuteman a call, they were able to help us finish folding so that we could send direct mail pieces in a timely manner. They took on our project, despite being so busy, and I cannot thank the folks there enough for their help. Highly recommend.

I'm a graphic designer, so I'm always doing random small projects for myself and family. These guys are always great to work with, timely, very responsive, affordable, but still quality work and haven't let me down yet. Can't recommend them enough!

Maybe they should change their business name to Month man? I am not one to write negative reviews but I feel compelled to hopefully save someone else the hassle and disappointment I have experienced.I saw express printing associated with their business and needing some brochures printed as soon as possible I started working with minute man. It took over a month to get the final product in hand and only to find that they were printed backwards and my head was cut off.I was assured that they would be reprinted right away and that they would call me when completed. After a week and a half I heard nothing. Of course they got their money so what’s the hurry?When I called they said they saw my brochures with instructions to reprint and asked when I wanted them.Wow. They had no intentions of reprinting them or calling to follow up.What can I say other than I won’t be giving them any future business.So if you are looking to have a quick print job done I recommend taking your business elsewhere.
