“I came in to have my headlights restored and tires replaced. Had some issues come up, but Joel in Auto care did an excellent job to provide service.Be sure to go to an alignment shop to have an alignment done after having tires replaced as Walmart doesn't do alignments at this location.”

Bought a H2 with over size tires and needed new ones.
Ordered thru Walmart. Arrived and made an appointment to get them installed.
Couldn't do it. Lift was inoperable that they use for larger vehicles. Floor supervisor asked me to come back Tuesday morning and it would be fixed. Installing of the tires would be on the house.
Came back Tuesday and dropped off my vehicle at approximately 0930hrs. At approximately 1800hrs, I had still not gotten a call on my vehicle. Called them and it was reported to me that they could not install my tires. Didnt really give me a reason. Was a tad bit perturbed that I had to call to begin with.
But the floor supervisor made a note that they would re-emburse me for what ever I spent at another shop getting my tires installed. 172 dollars later, Walmart customer service made good on that promise. Thank you.”
“Very impressed with how smoothly everything went for me here. Seems much better than the other Walmart auto center I visited prior. The staff were mostly all friendly and helpful, which makes me feel much more confident leaving my car in their care.”

“Not kidding, 4 minutes and 45 seconds from driving in to driving out! These boys could be on a NASCAR pit crew. No BS, trying to sell me this or that like others do, asked if I wanted anything other than an oil change, I said no. Aired up the tires, topped the fluids and I was out the door.”
